Are there any headphones that have the following in one: Wireless, True Surround sound, Noise-Cancelling, Mic?

it’s not impossible to have surround sound such as 5.1. they just run on different sidebands like any radio that operates multiple channels. i’ve seen them available years ago for several hundred. but that’s all they were, wireless and had surround. they didn’t have a mic or noise-cancel. and i don’t understand why noise-cancel would be a problem except for power consumption. however like i said i have spotted a pair before a few months ago that had it all (i think perhaps it didn’t have noise-cancel)…whether or not they had high quality sound or were comfortable or not…not sure.

I live in an apartment so i don’t really want to invest in a surround sound system and receiver… I recently tried to use some sony wireless headphones that I won in a draw but I cant seem to get them to work with my ps3.. right now im trying to have the video come from the hdmi and then the sound coming from the white/red composite from the ps3 with no luck… am i missing a setting or something? has anyone had an issue like this before? or am I out of luck and will need a receiver to use the headphones..
