How do you use the Turtle Beach headsets with an iPod?
I undersand that it is possible to use a Turtle Beach gaming headset with the iPod. Are all models capable of doing this? I know that the USB power is a problem, but with a wall plugin usb it can work. What kind of extra equipment will I need in order to use it with the iPod?
The XLC can be used with an iPod and you don’t need USB power. However, you should only be using this on your Xbox if you have a TV that has a headphone jack. The Z2 can also be used with an iPod, but you need a headphone amp like their DSS to get the sound really loud on an Xbox.
If you want to use an X11 or PX21 with your iPod, they can just be plugged in like normal. Turtle Beach has a AC-to-USB power adapter available on their website in the X11, X31, X41 web pages under “Parts & Accessoroes” section.

You can also just plug in the headset to a PC that might be where you have your iPod.

Now as much as I love my X31′s,there is one minor design issue;and one which really needs to be improved in the next model.
The minor issue for me was the battery usage…regular Duracell’s will give me about 18-20 hours of online play.This may get a little expensive if you dont have a good source for cheap aaa-alkaline batteries,or buy rechargables.I get batteries pretty cheap so I normally use them since they last longer than rechargables.
My only real complaint with this headset is the mute/chat switch in the talkback Cable which connects the X31 or X41 headset mic to the controller for XBOX LIVE chat.The design makes it nearly impossible to tell whether the switch is in mute or talk position.Some people don’t mind this,but I have a problem with accidently screaming “colorful metaphors” while playing;so this is an issue for me.Good luck trying to adjust the switch without getting killed in the proccess.
Despite these issues,this is truly a great headset you will love hearing through.
The Turtle Beach X31 wireless headset is a great value for the money,and will improve both your kill death ratio and your fun.

Accommodations in Cayman

The high season in Cayman begins mid December and usually runs through until mid April. During this period you should expect to pay about up to 50% more for a room in the Cayman Islands.

The Cayman Islands offer an enjoyable variety of nightlife and entertainment. Bars, clubs and dance halls must close by 3:00am on weekdays and midnight on Saturdays. There are no nightclubs open on Sunday.

Getting Married
Visitors to the Cayman Islands can get married the same day they arrive. This includes passengers arriving on cruise ships, who may be legally married during their day in port in Grand Cayman.
A special license will be granted by the Governor for non-resident couples. The application for this license can be obtained from:

The fee for this license is CI$150 plus a CI$10 stamp duty (CI$160 or US$200 total). It is possible to obtain the special license on the day of the marriage, however, visitors are advised to make arrangements in advance to expedite paperwork and all required details.
Couples must arrange for a Cayman Islands Marriage Officer before applying for the license. A list of officers is available from the Chief Secretary’s office and can be sent in advance of arrival.
Other requirements include proper documentation proving:
i) citizenship and age (passport or birth certificate)
ii) marital status (proof of legal divorce decree or death certificate if spouse has died, if applicable)
iii) Immigration card showing legal entry into the Cayman Islands (you will receive this card as you clear immigration at the airport), or
iv) Documentation proving visitor is a passenger on a cruise ship. The minimum legal age for getting married without parental consent is 18.

This is funny because yesterday i finally got my Turtle Beach PX21′s at Best Buy,and they aregreat. The Triton was a little cheaper but i had read some bad things about it so i went with the px21′s. The sound quality is crazy and my buds can here me clearly. I reccomend any turtle beach headset.
