Sennheiser Drum Mic
How can I get the best recording quality for a band I’m recording?
I’ve been recording heavy metal (guitar, bass) since I got my Sennheiser e609 dynamic mic last year. Next week, I’m going to my friend’s house to record his band. I have a basic idea about how I’ll record the guitar and bass and maybe drums, but I’m just wondering if anyone knows how to get the best sound possible out of my single dynamic mic. If it matters, I’ll be using Garageband on my friend’s Macbook pro.

the Z310a is an amazing phone but it’s a little on the thich side.
the w580i is a cool sliding phone but the keypad is a little small.
the A737 has a large keypad and screen but is a little basic.
the W350 is a very cool music phone with a keypad covered by music controls.

Whats the difference between the Turtle Beach Ear Force X1 headset and the Turtle Beach X3 headset?
The main difference between the X1 and the X3 is that X1 is wired and X3 is wireless. The X1 have about 4 wires to hook up and don’t take batteries. The X3 use a transmitter to pick up signal a use AAA batteries. The X1 is around $60 and X3 is around $100. The X3s have a new version out called X31s that I think they are the same price. That sounds like a good deal but before you buy the car ask if you can take the car to a mechanic and have them run a diognastic test on it to make sure that everything is running good. You would also want to know who has been doing rountine maintance on the car and if so get records of that. A car with over 100,000 miles on it starts to have some problems espically some chevy models, I know this because I used to work on cars in a auto repair shop for 4 years before joining the military and working on military vehicles. A digonastic test will usually run around $20 bucks and it is very worth it.
